Why are there tickets for a public event?
We are asking people to donate £1.50 each to attend the new Day of the Dead Festival. Firstly, so we have a good idea of numbers (as we have a capacity on Wood Street of 1500 we cannot exceed). Also it costs us over £5,000 to put this event. A very small public donation, will help us to continue to invest in the events every year. You will still be able to attend the event without getting a ticket, but you will need to get in early, as once we are at capacity, other than those with tickets, we can’t let anymore people in. Ticket holders will therefore get priority to attend. Any issues please email info@thisisoldtown.com
